To complain of the "evil" of class warfare... One must first accept the existence of a multi-class society... Then one must presume that there is no valid basis on which to justify conflict between the classes so identified. I suppose it would be too much to ask *them* to employ the same standard of justification for this "class warfare" conflict that *they* applied as the basis for the Iraq invasion? ["Why Officer! I swear I didn't see or hear anything last night!"] I mean... after all... we're not talking about the "evil" killing of men, women and children of any class... nor even the physical destruction of the economic infrastructure of any subject classes in this so called warfare. But then... its really tough to get logical consistency out of people suffering from paranoid psychosis. Oh well... optimists can always hope its just plain old greed. At least then you'd have simple, garden variety, shame working for you. Unfortunately... all things considered... we pessimists are going to stick with the paranoid psychosis diagnosis. The chronic kind... with, as yet undiscovered, genetic predispositions. True enough... the relevant theocratic predispositions were recently discovered and exposed on C Street in Washington. But as you can see... nothing has come of it. Not one of the miscreants has been compelled, neither by shame nor by law, to recant... much less resign. And so it goes... it is only "evil" class warfare that moves them. Rational debate and judicial conflict have all been acclimated to their delicate condition. They threaten "warfare" at every imagined insult. Institutions of government fear to call their bluff... with or without psychotropic Presidents. Electoral politics is simply too slow and ineffective to ameliorate their condition. Sooner or later... that which *they* fear most... will be exactly what slaps *them* upside the head. Meanwhile... even as we speak... re-evolution is breathing down your collective neck. 0\|0
