I'll just come out and say it. It dealt with the subject of abortion before Roe v Wade. Technically, it was very well done, and the acting was very good. The issue is complicated and the writer wove emotion and reality and personal life experiences and all of the tragedy associated with living into the plot. The female protagonist wasn't portrayed in a very good light, and it was nearly impossible to feel sorry or sympathize with her. He did a great job of defining the characters and also of illustrating the worst of the worse and the weakest of the weak and very clearly illustrated human frustration on high levels.

I would recommend this movie. I'm not saying any more.
