What do you mean 'Island'? I use Datek for 2 mos. and find its executions/responses quick and good.

I thought I saw an institution use Island to trade. So if you place a limit order for 1,000 shares with Datek, it will show up on a level II screen as ISLD? It sounds like Island is the clearing broker for Datek?
