So the wheat is a gluten issue correct ? There is rice flour :O)

We used to buy pasta made from rice flour as we suspected my son had a gluten issue (turned out not to be so) Never had rice flour bread though... It's not unheard of though .. recipenet.org

I'm grasping here! Life without an occasional sandwich will be nearly intolerable. I've already cut my sandwich making down to just one slice of bread, cut in half. I stack the same amount of ingredients to make it more enjoyable. I just can't see me eliminating this. Besides, I only do this a couple times a week... how bad is that?
