Steve, listen to the cc again, if you recorded it. GJ was asked directly about Faroudja, and its importance as a "mainstream" product. GJ was very evasive. I followed up with management and received the same "line". Was it competitive protection, or uncertainty? S3 also changed its mind on Rambus, which I think is good, but by doing so, further indicates to me that things are still in flux at S3 technologically. Until a fundamental change occurs, that CC is "bible" imo. LF
