I'm not so sure that the float is that small, but the company has only about 12 million shares outstanding according to Pink Sheets, was very slightly profitable each of the past two years with their ongoing business, and the IR company is saying there's news coming.* Trading yesterday and today has only been at the ask. Now .21 x .23.

*The only problem is that the IR company is Rockport, of CYIO fame.
