Here's the bottom line. I've always said that stimulus should have a short-term multiplying effect. Otherwise it's pork. Obama didn't pass stimulus, he passed pork. A big gift to his Democrat supporters.

Jeez, what kind of leadership are you looking for? The economy was in a tail spin from his day 1, interest rates out of play because they were at zero, banks failing, auto companies failing, unemployment sky rocketing. Was leadership to do nothing?

I've always said that stimulus should have a short-term multiplying effect. Otherwise it's pork. Obama didn't pass stimulus, he passed pork.

Stimulus IS pork. And more importantly pork IS stimulus.
