Conference Call very strong!

Maybe I got a different read on this call then others, but, I am estatic! Randy said, matter of factly, "Sylvan deal? I thought that news release was already out" We'll get that out right away! Hell folks, this is the one we have been waiting for and Randy just confirmed it in the presense of a group of stock analysts. Whats it take to get you excited, Moses bringing it down the mountain to you?

Oracle, This product is so new, Oracle dosn't know how to sell it yet. They are all learning together and they sold a bunch at Singapore.

DNS, very few units went to last quarter, the way he said it definitely led me to believe this quarter will be much bigger!

Competition, Almost non-existant on the level IDX is playing. If they come along, fine, we will buy from them and cut our expenses farther

Palm scanner, already out and being marketed. Strategic part of world-wide plan.

VERY BIG POINT! We are the only fingerprint company that is not police Compatible. Joe public does not want the police snooping around in his life. (we all knew this, but he got this message across in spades!)

Biometric Applications, main company is helping them close some big sales that they were dealing with. Excited about O-hare and military personal.

Financial sheets, over a mill in cash, 21 mill in receivables, no long term debt and low borrowing.

Offices in place around the world, thinks for every new salesman they hire for 100,000 total package they will produce 4 million in sales for the company.

Asia market slow, but you just have to work harder! Amen

Learn to live with litigation expenses, no one can predict.

Bottom line at end of conference, he is working to make shareholders bottom line grow!

This is my opinion of what I heard from the conference call.

Service Revenue Margins -

BAT lost $800,000 last year. That means they probably lost $200,000 this quarter and it was buried in service revenues and cost of service revenues. This will turn around when BAT software starts moving. Also, some revenues being generated by ANADAC off the GSA schedule are lower margin, but it is still incremental earnings.

Randy's answer to my question about service revenues is to expect higher revenues and similar margins. I will take 15% margins on non-core revenue any day of the week.

It is disappointing to wait on Oracle sales, but you have to remember that the security problem is not going away, it is getting worse and we are pretty much the only game in town. Remember what the Annual Report said about Computer Associates.

J. Saf (slightly shaken, but not stirred)

P.S.Since my "never see $10 post again" missed I will have to double down and predict that we will see the Sylvan JV release tomorrow (win) or at the latest next week (place & show). This time I will qualify my prediction with - unless the market falls more than 500 points!

Brad, Have I got this straight? We liked IDX a week ago with 12 month revenues of 52mil+ earnings of .05 and a PE of 210+ without a confirmed SLVN deal and no end in sight for the lawsuit. But, we are not sure now, since we had RECORD revenue this quarter (without anything big from Oracle sales),twelve month revenue of 59mil+, we will show earnings of .07 and a PE of 141, SLVN deal from the horses mouth, all the INS deal not booked in this quarter, and possibly no further need to set aside any more for litigation. The only changes for IDX since the end of last quarter have been to the upside! Hey, I'm feeling like Robert Stephens here! Perhaps we could post to two IDX threads, Bottom Line and Vision of things to come.
