a lot of my interacting on this thread is done with some affectation. I don't hate nearly as much as you think I do. I hope you're right there. I joust with folks but its just an interesting pasttime. Makes me think about things. Offline, I am blessed with a family and loved ones and am just pretty lucky. So engaging in banter here doesn't matter to me emotionally. Still think it would be best for you not to argue with folks. Particularly trading insults. This self-revelation came as a result of you not liking people throw up job issues with you didn't it. Seemed like it was bothering you then. Bound for that or other things to happen again. And its avoidable. What my hope is that through the buteyko method, I will regain a more normal and balanced life. It if works for you thats what counts, good luck with it.
