Why would they be staging that? Because they would have to for your conspiracy theory to work. I know reasoning isn't your strongest attribute, conspiracy theorists are typically weak minded, but try it just a little. This is like the whole Clinton big pile 'o bodies conspiracy. Taking things with, at best, a weak connection and throwing them in the pot.
