The truth is, I buy a loaf of bread and cut it in half, freezing half and using the other half. Often that half shows mold before I get to use it. I'm not going to give up my couple of slices of bread a week, no matter what. The next thing I'll be hearing is the danger of my 3 or 5 shots of whiskey every evening prior to falling asleep on the couch. Don't even touch that.....
