The CIA is a covert organization. Keeping secrets is their job. So no, I have no problem with them running secret ops to defeat our enemies, no matter who the president is.

As far as congressional oversight goes, congress has proven it can't be trusted with our national security secrets. Some of them have NYT reporters on speed dial.
