as opposed to the devil, as I'm so sweet??? oh, it is level. my father taught me that well... drove me near crazy on any project with a level and noooooo 1/16 off is not okay. as in... have to have those bracers so it doesn't shake. I thought 4 legs and a top was fine. but, no. thank goodness for the net and 'plans' on how to build things. all those things I built over the years, I just but boards where I was told... it is a whole other thing when you do it yourself. laughing. so I really do congrats on the deck, and know what a pain it must have been... but those long evenings rocking on it will take the edge away, I reckon.
