I had the same experience with Cream of Mushroom soup after I suffered a miscarriage. I hadn't eaten for hours, and it tasted really good. I've loved Cream of Mushroom soup ever since and think it is delicious and nutritious. I like to make a Cream of Mushroom soup with domestic and wild mushrooms.

For me, soup is a winter meal. This time of year I think "cook outside". Can't do that when it's cold. I find myself actually cooking a meal less frequently anymore. Lean Cuisine type of stuff, usually. Most left overs don't appeal to me.
