Hi Tyc: Good comments. My interest in global matters is what has motivated me to exit most market sectors and focus on precious metals. I agree with you that the US is the epicentre of the emerging earthquake. Many investors who share this view have rushed to invest in China as an alternative. I think this depression is global, and will affect China much more deeply than many market players think. More reasons to play the golds, IMHO. My main reason for joining the thread is to soak up as much info as I can in a sector where my expertise is minimal. Best, Earlie
