Xiang,

I think the 15,000 shares by Ejabat and by Swanson is irrelevant. Insiders own, as I noted in a prior post, over 9 million shares of the company.

I think the 144 filings may have been the reason why ASND did not go up as much as the others today (combined with the fact that it did not go down as far as the other networkers).

However, the 144s don't mean anything to me vis-a-vis whether a strategic partner is being sought. Indeed, I firmly believe such a partner is being sought.

Until ASND announces a new CFO, I will continue to believe that the search is on. (ASND cannot recruit a true CFO if that person is just going to lose her job in a few months...hence, this is an important tea leaf to me about whether the search is still progressing.)
