At the least the Supremes were wise enough to clearly state that the decision didn't set a precedent. Why is that? ----------------------------- I don't know where you got the idea Bush v. Gore "can't be used as precedent". I didn't say "can't be used as precedent" (you even used quotes you Fing liar). I said the Supremes said it "didn't" set a precedent. A lower court will of course ignore that and say "hey the supreme's did it this way". You are an intellectually dishonest slimeball... and i'm being nice.
