Greg Mankiw is right....the Tax Foundation doesn't include sales taxes, so our State looks pretty good...BUT since eventually the money is spent on something, and therefore taxed, 9.6-10.2% tax definitely makes a difference! I was surprised to see that Oregon was #1, Hawaii #2, and New York and Calif were virtually tied for #3-4....no surprise there.
