I share your opinion. That is clearly a possiblity. The H&S could still play out.

What about gold? The strength above $925-$930 is very positive. Maybe we will not need to test the 200-dma.

CIT is going BK, biggest bank failure since WAMU, and the mkt loves it. Not to mention our tax dollars are going to bail this thing out. Scary indeed. The markets are trading as they are not free. Volume has been light the last few days though including today. VIX at Sept lows. Complacincy is the new normal.
