It is what FDR did and he simply prolonged the agony. Why can't you people see this?

Why can't we not see it because its not true. I have watched communities do the simplest of things that lead to their revival. I read an article just this weekend where in Cleveland some guy bought up some historic buildings in downtown and began to restore them ten years ago. The area now is booming day and night and is spreading to adjacent areas. This in moribund, economically sick Cleveland......"the mistake on the lake". The prevailing wisdom by bean counters at the time he made his first purchase was that he was throwing good money after bad. Now he is rolling in the dough. Not to be rude but bean counters don't have any vision......Bush didn't either. Obama does.
