I must have missed the Republican plan for recovery....what was it??? And incidentally, many economists said the amount of the stimulus was much too small...needed at least 3x as much... In the meantime, check the markets today...

Some economists are forecasting 13% unemployment, which could actually happen -- after he has spent well more than a trillion that was supposed to fix it. That's not what he has said at all.
