I watched some of Sotomayor's testimony yesterday and today.

It is evident that the WH instructed her on how to handle the questions about her prior speeches and remarks.

She testified like a smarmy politician.

I felt genuinely disheartened to watch a USSC nominee lie under oath the way she did.

And make no mistake, she engaged in deliberate obfuscation of the truth.
