I think we agree that government has to do some heavy lifting. What I don't agree with are the same old policies that try to reinflate or transfer a bubble. We have way too much debt waterlogging the system, and it's foolish to think that government can get a handle on that by essentially moving that debt to the federal level. That's not "heavy lifting" in my book. That's pushing off the problem once again. It's the same story for the past two decades. Tenchusatsu
