I note you failed to mention the current admin and the fact they are running at break neck speed to spend even more - at what point do they start looking at cost and balancing things?

Virtually no infrastructure or meaningful positive spending. We could have achieved as much by dumping money down the toilet.

That's what the current stimulus appears to be doing.
