My "emotional" attachment is to the side I think is right. It isn't really emotional at all but rational. The fact that I've changed my mind over time as I've learned more ought to testify to that. When I first heard of the issue of CO2 causing warming, my initial reaction was to assume this would lead to environmental catastrophe eventually. As I learned more over the years, I got more and more skeptical. I've now seen enough evidence to convince me the prospect of human caused global warming (at least related to CO2) isn't a significant problem at all.
