He didn't just not appear on tv. People didn't have tv's and he wasn't President at the time specified. This is a sign of Biden's shaky grasp of recent history. Does Biden think people in India wear feather headresses? Does he think Africans wear bones in their noses? That Chinese all wear long braids and know kungfu? Does Biden think FDR dropped the atom bomb on Japan? When Biden stole part of Niel Kinnocks's life story did he know he was stealing or was he confused about his background? We all knowBiden is as dumb as a stump but that okay. He's held out as a wise experienced statesman despite his idiocy simply because the voters of DE have let him set in the Senate for decades.
