/edit. I bought my current house in 1996, after a relatively cold winter that saw a moderately bad flu season. Lots of property on the market that spring. Swine flu is making the rounds at the moment, and we still have a winter ahead. Just wondering if we are going to get a cold one.

either way.............. that was a dopey post. we're not even done with wave two in private housing, and commercial hasn't even gone the third innning............. after three years........... LOL.

.............speaking of the devil, foreclosures, as a reported stat, are record up. and that certainly does not include the off balance sheet foreclosures banks et al, have yet to make.............for obvious book keeping reasons.
