You don't know WTF you're talking about. Read the trustees report; I have.

It clearly states that the unfunded liability is $36 Trillion. Today's dollars. What that means is that you'd have to put $36 Trillion in cash in the fund today to meet the anticipated 75 year liability. So, if you put it off for ten years you will need maybe 45 Trillion.
