How much of the stimulus would you not have spent or approved? Maybe you would not have approved it at all? Would you have let the banks fail? What taxes would you raise, on whom, and when?

The stimulus was too small and too back loaded. We need revenue sharing aka block grants, to get money out fast to people who would spend it and a new ITC.

I might have let Bear, a relatively small bank fail.

I think we need to go back to the Clinton tax rates.
