Its going to get much more ugly before it gets better....I have not done a Chapter 11 (creditor side) in about 4 years.....right now I have 7 under our roof. And I don't think one has a chance to succeed. I was speaking to the Chapter 13 trustee yesterday at the Courthouse and he told me he's seeing a 90% fail rate on Chapter 13 plans.

I talked w/ someone last night who was on unemployment for about a month and ended up taking a job making LESS than he was making on unemployment.

He said to me, "Why in hell should I go work for less than I could get on unemployment when all these people are getting MORE money for doing nothing"?

I think the guy had a good point. You can choose between working for a little or watching Oprah and getting more. Which are you going to do?

I tried to answer with my view, "Well, I guess you're doing what's right for your country and you should take some pride in that". But I had the distinct sense he was thinking, "What a weak answer, buddy. You really need something better than that".

Personally......I think this is a made up story because you have an axe to grind.
