Options expiration make things hazy. Since UNG accounts for much
of NG futures trading, and there were a lot of expiring
puts at 13, UNG had to get over it (these days maximum pain
rules the day)

But next week is another week. The market is very short NG, so
the fireworks could continue after July options expire today.

Actually, a close at or very near 13 for UNG would be a very
solid market proof of price manipulation during OPEX week.
