This is an obvious policy ploy. Which is going to backfire and it WILL be fun to watch. Do you really know what's going to backfire badly? All the negativity and uncooperativeness from the Rs. Right now, its not too bad because the economy hasn't picked up much but when it does, people will remember those who were dragging their feet and screaming the sky is falling. Mark my words.
