re: your PPO.....that means you must take a network doctor which means you can't easily choose one out of network. That's not what the Repubs advertise. And what,besides your ideology, would you see as the difference between a government PPO and a private one except lower premiums for the national plan. When it becomes the healthcare system for the nation, you can continue your old plan, but to make it work all new subscribers will have to go to the new one.
Most corporations including very rich ones are no longer offering pension plans to new employees and instead of retiree insurance are giving a one shot payment "to buy your own"....
