the closed or the drive-in? wowsa... I remember days in Midland going to the drive-in, hiding in the backseat under a blanket while my older sister snuck me and a friend in... she did have her moments... for an older sibling, who are generally evil. and watching horror films there... ewwwwwwww.

The Last Picture Show - that was the book and movie... that's what that pic made me think of first...

brilliant. and some of the best cenomotography (very bad spelling) ever. pure dirtland texas and dying town.
