There are two types of discovery, if I understand the process. There is the discovery that does not take place before the Judge but precedes appearing before the Judge and takes place between the lawyers for either side of the case. The lawyers discovery process can then open up objections and agreements as well as opening up ideas for one or the other to thwart the process through legal maneuvers. As I recall, Obama's lawyers did file in Hawaii to block access to the Hawaiian original records at the time that Obams went to see his Grandmother who was dieing just before the November Primary. So seems that this would have stopped any discovery process before a Judge. In other words, Obama's lawyers did an end run around those who filed, those who brought the case to Hawaii. Yes or No??? Think about it-------I have other things to do will catch up on this later. mj
