Last I heard the country was already Bankrupt!

Printing money is the Fed's only saving grace and hence ours.
Unfortunately you, I or the States can not print dollars at whim. So we rely on the Fed to print and then gives it away for us to spend so we can reinflate,gg. Oh la la. Churn churn churn this is what makes the butter taste so good.

If you can afford the big house,car,summer home and boat than you can afford the taxes too. If you have to ask than you can not afford it.

Such is life.

And here I though the O'man was going to change things.

Bush got the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act ("MMA") passed.

W's own controller, David Walker, called MMA "...probably the most fiscally irresponsible piece of legislation since the 1960s... because we promise way more than we can afford to keep."
