Numbers 31:1 To answer your question: "Did the women of Peor feel any pain when they were killed" I'm certain that they did. Does that fact, justify sticking a pair of scissors into the back of a child's skull just because they have Down Syndrome? Do you know anything about the Midianites or the context of the passage?
