it is an advantageous position to be able to secure tax payer money, govt guarantees, inside information, effective immunity, and personal incentives, to wager, lie, cheat, rob, steal, and loot

should one not be able to make money given all of the above advantages, and the effective power to write and re-write and make up the rules as ones goes about the tasks of looting, one must be an absolute moron, instead of just being an utter scoundrel
