Its one thing for a person near death to decide to decline what may be pointless treatment to limit suffering, another when "bioethicists" on panels make the decisions for everyone.

My father, age 80, just had a melanoma removed from his arm. The doctor recommended a lymph node biopsy to determine whether it had spread (results not in yet). No doubt under Obacare, he would not have been offered the biopsy, much less treatment if it was determined the cancer had spread.

People need to wake up to what is happening.

I'm starting to think this is just another aspect of Ginsburg's observation about abortion and population control (read:eugenics).
