GZ, we'll see. if we go much higher, mortgage rates will hit 6% and, likely go even higher. t-bill rates will go up, too.

you can guess what that will do for the housing market and financing the debt. not to mention oil prices going up hard, too.

in short, the best way to short circuit *real* economic activity in the USA is take the market higher.

yeah, me might just go higher.
