There are much smarter solutions in the private sector than to create another fat government elephant that will go broke anyhow... let people shop for their own health care coverage across State lines, current restrictions of requiring everyone to shop ONLY inside their State only increases costs and creates monopolies... an open market across State lines would eliminate current monopolies and reduce health care costs for everyone as companies begin to compete for everyone's business, and not a penny of taxpayer money would be spent... competition works... GZ
