About IOM rallying all by itself instead of tracking
the rest of the market, try adding the Russell 2000
(RUT) to your data when you look at the intraday
chart for IOM. It's still true that IOM takes its
own path now and then, but I've found over the past
couple of months that RUT and IOM more-or-less track
together about three-quarters of the time.
