Hi Gary, I use Waterhouse. Their on-line service was slower than normal today, but did work well for my trades. Their voice line was busy when I tried to get a confirmation from a broker. I could not use their touch-tone trading system to make trades when I tried early this morning. Overall, considering the volume, I was amazed the on-line service worked as well as it did...so much so that I decided to give them a plug. Good Luck, Tony
