Roly, we may not get my 126 target (63 post split) at yearend because Alan Greenspan wants the whole Market to stay low for a while. He is aware of the sharp glances of reelectionist congress as if saying---"...don't raise rates" He manuevred the market to drop so that people who felt "rich" when the market was exuberant suddenly feel "poor" in such a way that they do not spend so much to ignite Inflation. A slowdown in the economy will give him reason not to raise interest rates in an election year.
