That explains why you would take any universal health care plan over none at all. (It would also explain why congressional representatives are trying to push a plan through without reading it.)

You need to understand that as a retiree of a large company, I have health insurance...by the way, you have developed a penchant for exaggeration and bombast...

But anyone who thinks it should really ought to demand a lot more competence out of government.

Hard to argue with that, although I am not sure what it means in a practical sense. I have worked for large and small companies I thought ought to be a lot more competent too.

I noticed you dodged having to defend Biden's comments. That's not a good sign if you really want universal health care to succeed.

I don't know what he said about health care...I heard he said something about spending money to keep from bankruptcy...in any case, he has a tendency to express himself in strange ways...i don't think it's particularly relevant relative to the health debate.
