That article did not address the facts of the situation at all. Alford has a report that is a powerful expose, high level, and credible based on diligent research. At least that is how he characterised the report, and that has not been disputed by Boxer or your article. He was there only to present that documentation as evidence for the panel. He also, now has a complaint about how he was treated by Boxer, which is legitimate.

Boxer's comments were all about black organizations and how they feel about green energy. Hey, knock knock, nobody dislikes green energy Barbara. None of her comments addressed the economics or the research on development, and the societal impacts, which was the basis of his report. All her commentary had to do with racism.

The author of your article suggested Alford's complaint shouldn't count since he ... well I didn't really get why not. Maybe because there were business grants and funding that supported the work that went into the research based report? Is that it? Good job trying to make that sound evil but it's not.
