Radar,

Sounds good! I like surprises (evidence: my portfolio)! Keep your fingers crossed so I can get a big sauce order to cover my margin $$$ while these babies are sunning themselves!

Beach TA Part Duex. Anyone who has not read part one please start at post 1454 and then to post 1463 then to 1465 and 1469.This should bring you up to speed .We will be having a test on this in Annapolois
so be prepared.
As we discussed in part one ,the lower volume indicator was an important factor. we will now discuss the midrange areas and there affects on the overall TA Also here i will be exploring the top end and the long term outlooks of this TA.The midrange areas of the charting pattern should consist of anice flat line. This is drawn from the lower area to the top end .When the line curves in slightly just above the lower end this indicates a good setup for an upward trend.
sometimes how ever the midrange area may be bowwing out or Bulging
.Caution should be the key word here.If the bulging is in the lowerend then an uptrend is possible if it is in the midrange then this indicates more time is needed for this to either fully develop or possibly an over bought condition. The Bulge in the lower end is usally followed by a straight upward trend. We will now move to the top end .Top end Ta is tricky at best .The indicators here are
as follows: 1.The space between the ear pattern
2.The crop
3.Shadeing
4.The lip Pattern
The space between the ear is dictated by the crop and the shadeing.
If the crop is full and the shade is light then this indicates weakness. You can refernce this to a filled candle or an empty one.
shadeing should be done on the Blonde ,Brunette or Red Scales.
The Croping indicators show either a full area IE lots of volume or the mid crop or short crop.If there is no crop and the topend is Bald or not cropped then this indicates a complete switch in direction .Also a short Crop could give this indicator also .Be Carefull here as the Bi directional patterns can be very unstable at times. The lip pattern is also important here .If a full lip is evident then this would lend itself to a good position. The tighter the lip in the upper end then the oppurtunity for movement to the upside is lessend,Once again though be carefull here.Sometime afull lip pattern could indicate and overbought position and then the movement to the uside is dimminished.I will discuss the lower end Lip patterns later in Part Three.
