Thanks for breaking that out in something that's a little easier to read then those damn SEC forms.

I don't have access to the Fool's board (is this an AOL thing?), but IMO the market will not get much of a warning if, for example, Bezos decides to sell. How could anyone know what he's going to do? Smart insiders keep their mouth shut. Assuming money means anything for him, I'll guess he'll sell a million shares (=$50 million). Mabey he is rich enough that kind of money doesn't matter, but I doubt it. It would not mean he's bearish on AMZN, but locking in a good chunk of wealth.

I base a lot of my short position that B&N and company will actually make more than a feeble attempt to get some web business. If they don't, well I've lost money before! :(

Remember the Fools thought this was a good buy in the $30's, not $60s.
