ElM, the ideology you are acting out there is capitalism, whether you talk about it or not, or call it something else. Somebody is paying you to lay fibre and that will return profits. That's capitalism. It's possibly a donation but I doubt it.

Somebody thinks it will add sufficient value to pay for itself and return some money too.

Capitalism. Now back to work and get some CDMA backhaul installed.

ElM, whether they know it or not, or call it something or not, they are adopting ideologies and philosophies and are seeking them too whether they know it or not. The process of staying alive is one of adopting ideologies and philosophies whether people know it, or not, or label it, or not. <Stop talking about Capitalism. There are no ideologies anymore. Poor countries are not seeking ideologioes. They are trying to eat, shelter and survive. >

Similarly, the popular slogan "You can't put a price on human life" is false. Not only do the enthusiasts for that slogan put an unstated price on human life, it's normally a very low one, which is perhaps why they prefer not to acknowledge that human life has a price and they are pricing it.

A better slogan: Don't let a slogan do your thinking for you,
