Nobel prizes in physics, chemistry, mathematics are well-earned and as far as I can tell really mean something in the fields. They are not issued on the basis of race and they are a reasonable indicator of performance in those fields. Nobel prizes in peace and economics are political awards for thinking correctly. The awards to Al Gore [for "The Science" of Global Warming and making a movie] and Yasser Arafat [for peace] are a joke. Mqurice
